We want this to be a great fit
Viktoriya Hoegemeyer
I work with individuals and couples who are navigating the challenges of trauma, infidelity, anxiety, depression, or a sense of disconnection and loss of meaning. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can process difficult emotions and experiences at their own pace.
In my practice, I use a client-centered and psychodynamic approach to help uncover patterns, explore emotional wounds, and support healing from within. Many of my clients feel stuck or overwhelmed—by relational conflict, loneliness, shame, or pressure to “just be okay.” We work together to understand those experiences, build trust, and find clarity in both self and relationships.
I support couples in rebuilding connection after conflict or betrayal and help individuals explore unmet emotional needs, depression, and anxiety. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, with an emphasis on emotional safety and long-term healing.
Whether you’re looking to deepen self-understanding, improve your relationships, or simply feel more at peace in your day-to-day life, I’m here to walk alongside you in that process.

Your journey is important and the role you play in it, even more so. Perhaps you’re considering support for your relationship (romantic or platonic). Maybe you wish to explore your identity more deeply. Or maybe you aspire to embark on personal areas of growth because of challenges of past trauma, current anxieties, or other parts that need explored. No matter your path, how you show up along your journey is impactful. Through collaboration, we can work on exploring the possibilities before you, with the resources you innately possess.
Having worked in the human service field for over 20 years, locally and abroad, the resounding theme I see is that we are often seeking peace. Peace within ourselves, peace with others, and peace from the burdens and traumas we carry. I use modalities that best fit your current circumstance. Most are by exploring patterns and strengthening new ones.
Feel free to reach out and set up a consultation to chat a bit, ask any questions you might have, tell me a little about yourself and what you're seeking, and we can see if we are a good fit.
I provide services to those who are seeking support and guidance in pursuing whole health. I firmly believe my role as a counselor is to listen, support, and empower individuals. I believe if counselor and client work together, we can make sense of your individual story and embark on a path towards wholeness.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and various needs. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, parenting challenges and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) across the lifespan. I have almost ten years of experience working with at-risk children, youth, and families in the child welfare system. I have taught several parenting classes and am a certified Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner and trainer. I am also an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP)
In session, I utilize a variety of techniques including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Attachment Theory, Mindful awareness and other approaches specific to individual needs.
