Ask us directly

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, for talk therapy. We accept most major insurance carriers, except Medicaid and Medicare. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend checking with your benefits provider about your mental health coverage before your first session. ADHD coaching is self-pay and isn’t billed to insurance.

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

No. We’re not able to accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time.

How much does a session cost?

Our self-pay rates are $175 for a 60-minute talk therapy session and $200 for a 45-minute ADHD coaching session. If you use insurance for talk therapy, what you pay depends on your plan, such as a copay, coinsurance or your deductible. ADHD coaching is self-pay only.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. Both talk therapy and ADHD coaching are available online through telehealth, so you can meet with your counselor from home.

Where is your office?

In-person appointments take place in a cozy and welcoming 1900s home at 4917 Underwood Ave in the Dundee neighborhood of Omaha, Nebraska (68132).

How often will we meet?

Talk therapy typically starts with weekly or biweekly sessions. You and your counselor will find a pace that feels right for you.

What’s the difference between talk therapy and ADHD coaching?

Talk therapy is counseling with a licensed or provisionally licensed mental health practitioner to work through things like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships or life changes. ADHD coaching focuses on what matters most to you and building a practical plan for your personal and professional goals.

What can counseling help with?

Our counselors work with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and couples concerns, infidelity, attachment struggles, parenting challenges, ADHD, identity, and personal growth, along with support for spouses and parents of people with ADHD.

Do you work with couples and families?

Yes. Cultivate serves individuals, couples and families, and our counselors work with clients of all ages. Viktoriya supports couples rebuilding connection after conflict or betrayal, and Leah specializes in attachment and parenting challenges.
